Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.Setup is included in the cost with the Pole Tents and the Photo Booth. When delivery is chosen for other items the price for delivery and pickup will be added and displayed at checkout. If setup is needed, such as setting up all tables and chairs in the desired layout, this can be discussed prior to delivery for an additional fee. Setup/breakdown is not included in the cost of pop up tents and tables/chairs.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes, we can deliver throughout WNY. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from 14043.
Q.Does the rental time include your delivery or setup time?
A.No. For delivery items we arrive prior to the party start time either earlier the day of the party or the day before. We will reach out the week of your event for a more specific delivery time based on our schedule. If a specific delivery/pickup time is needed such as for an event/wedding venue please contact us to confirm schedule availability and additional fees may apply.
Q.When do you deliver?
A.For items that include setup we arrive enough in advance to ensure they are setup for the party start time. Party tents will typically be setup earlier the day of the event or one of the days prior and for Photo Booths we will setup within 1-3 hours before the party start time, depending on the arrangements made.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept all major credit cards at the checkout page. Please reach out if requesting any other payment arrangements.
Q.What if we need to cancel?

Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 20% Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
Q.What surfaces do you set up on?
A.All of our rental items can be setup on all types of surfaces indoors and outdoors. The exception is Pole Tents can be setup on grass, only. The heavy duty pop up tents can be setup on all surfaces with the use of weights and/or stakes we can provide.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact us.
Q.Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our items. If damage is present please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow safety rules or from negligence you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the items. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we offer the ability to add on the Rental Protection Plan at checkout.
