Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure the best service for all of our customers, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy for Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit entirely.
Standard Cancellations:
- Refunds are offered for the amount paid above the 25% deposit when cancelled prior to delivery. Any refunds given above the deposit amount are subject to a 10% processing fee. Rather than incurring this 10% fee you may reschedule per the guidelines below.
Rescheduling:
- You may reschedule your event one time, at least 7 days in advance, without penalty. You may reschedule your event within 7 days and apply any amounts paid above the 25% deposit to the new event. The new date must be within 6 months of the original event date and is subject to availability.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
- In the case of extreme weather that would make it unsafe, at our discretion, to use outdoor equipment, we offer a reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued for future use, valid for up to 6 months.
No-Show Policy:
- If our team arrives at the location and is unable to complete the setup due to customer absence, inaccessible setup area, or other on-site issues, the full rental fee will still apply. This includes any tents we are unable to setup due to underground utilities and pipes or not enough space available for setup.
How to Cancel:
- All cancellations can be done through email, text message, or by phone.
- Cancellations are only considered confirmed once acknowledged by our team with a cancellation confirmation email.
